We switched our personal insurance program to Ledgestone Insurance Group (LIG) after many years with Allstate. Two months after the switch, I was involved in an auto accident where I was rear-ended. I contacted LIG thinking I would be lucky to get a call back the next day. Instead of calling, he actually stopped by my home within about an hour to make sure I was ok and to inspect my vehicle! The accident turned out to be the fault of the driver that hit me so no claim was made with the LIG. About 2 weeks after the accident he followed-up to make sure I wasn?t having any trouble getting my truck fixed. I was VERY impressed. I know if I ever have a problem, they will be there for me. Also, they tailored a personal insurance package with greater coverage and protection at far less premium than we were paying with Allstate!

As someone who does not have a firm understanding of commercial insurance, Ledgestone Insurance Group took the fear of switching insurance! Not only did they explain the coverage's in easy to understand terms, but they secured blanket coverage on our commercial property to better protect my business in the event of a total loss. Plus, the added bonus of saving $500 a year was icing on the cake!

Before switching to Ledgestone Insurance Group (LIG) we were with an insurance company that had no local office - talking with them was cold and non-compassionate. LIG came to our house to discuss our insurance needs which made us feel special and valued. Our coverage were reviewed, discussed and explained. This allowed us to pick better coverage for our cars, home, and motorcycle. LIG was also the only agency that was able to find a personal umbrella policy for my family. All in all, a very professional compassionate agency that cares about their clients well being.
